Susan Christy brings to Pellham Realtors 30 years of small business ownership and management experience. An entrepreneur and professional administrator with excellent public relation and organizational skills, Susan has received numerous national awards and recognitions for facility management, staff training / teambuilding, and graphics skills.
In 2001 Susan joined the staff at Carol Jones Realtors as Transaction Coordinator, maintaining all real estate transaction files for the company of over 400 Realtors. In 2005, she transferred to Corporate Services Coordinator, managing and listing all REO properties and coordinating all referral services for the company.
During 2005-2007, Susan was fortunate to be included in the Public Relations team for three separate builders on ABC’s hit show, Extreme Makeover - Home Edition. The Emmy-Award winning Camp Barnabus episode, Wells, Maine, and Murphreesboro, Arkansas. Susan’s position on the teams included photographer and volunteer coordinator.
Susan’s extensive Real Estate and small business experience adds a solid base to our Property Management Team. With her main focus on Accounting, coupled with her communication and marketing background, Susan ensures that all of Pellham’s properties are managed effectively, providing maximum profits for the Owner.
