A Springfield native; Brad inherited his love of commercial real estate from his father Michael Benton. While watching his father manage and develop a number of projects throughout the Springfield area, Brad gained a passion for the industry. Rather than immediately pursue the family business though, Brad spent four years proceeding graduation from Kickapoo, in the United States Army. His time in Europe offered him skills to work with individuals from all backgrounds to negotiate in any situation.
Originally affiliated with Reece and Nichols in Kansas City; Brad has been a licensed real estate professional since 2001. As owner of a nationwide network of virtual tour providers, Vi360.com Inc.; Brad has spent the last seven years on the technology and marketing side of real estate. While creating and managing internet marketing campaigns for agents and sellers nationwide, Brad has positioned himself as an internet marketing leader in the real estate industry. Prior to establishing Vi360.com, Brad traveled the Carolinas to open and manage three retail locations for Gateway Computers. During his time with Gateway, Brad was recognized, not only as a sales leader but as innovative store manager winning many awards. As a business owner himself, Brad understands the need to balance growth strategies while monitoring the bottom line. Brad prefers to consider himself more of a consultant than sales person, providing guidance every step of the way.
Brad resides in Springfield with his wife Carie and their two sons, Gannon and Beau.
