The National Association of Realtors® studies show that 82% of real estate sales are the result of agent contacts through previous clients, referrals, and personal contacts. Galen Pellham founded the architectural firm of Pellham-Philips Architects and Engineers, Inc. in 1977. Under his leadership, the company developed into the largest and most progressive architectural/engineering firm in Southwest Missouri, designing a wide range of projects throughout the country. Upon Galen's leaving Pellham-Phillips, the firm chose to retain the Pellham name because of its wide recognition.
Pellham Commercial Realtors consists of Galen and Marleen Pellham, their three grown children, son-in-law as well as the added experience of five other agents. Galen Pellham has achieved his success both as an Architect and Realtor by being honest, aggressive and persistent. With thirty years of architectural experience, Galen can astutely analyze and visualize a site or building to provide multiple options as to how to best utilize an existing building or its potential for renovation. In addition to that service, he can analyze a property financially through an in-depth knowledge gained by obtaining the CCIM designation.
Determining the highest and best use of a property and coordinating site master planning are just a few of the services Pellham Commercial Realtors can offer its clients. Pellham Commercial Realtors' mission statement "to be the shining star in Commercial Real Estate, providing creative solutions with integrity to all parties" reflects the firm's commitment to every person it serves.
